Welcome to Alberta Animal Services

Alberta Animal Services has been in operation since 1988 and is located in the City of Red Deer. We provide animal control for the City of Red Deer, Stettler, Rocky Mountain House, Blackfalds, Eckville, Bashaw as well as several other towns and municipalities within Central Alberta. Along with animal control, we also provide general bylaw enforcement services.

Alberta Animal Services is also a full service domestic pet shelter, providing temporary homes for rescued and abandoned animals. Our experienced professional team takes pride in offering the best humane care when handling animals in our care.
